Verified Renter Town Commons looks nice from the outside. Don't let that deceive you. No parking management is not reasonable and the stairwells never get cleaned.
Verified Renter Im sure it was great to be a resident here before the pandemic, but not so much right now. When signing my lease I was happy to pay the high rent here because of all the amenities we have access to. But there were several months where we couldnt use the pool, we inconveniently can only use the gym during office hours, and we cant access the club house at all, yet rent has remained the same. Beautiful Location Love the area of this apartment complex. Beautiful grounds, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious.
Beautiful Grounds This is the ideal place to live if you want a real Flagstaff experience. The complex is tucked away near local trails, and offer everything you need from a 24 hour fitness center, dog park, and hot tub. Management is great, and very thoughtful with their community events!
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Mountain Trail is a FANTASTIC place to live in Flagstaff as a professional, student, or family. Beyond the fact the apartments are near new with great finishes, smartphone controlled temperature and door locking, fireplaces, deep sink, great hot water, etc the management here is EXCELLENT. Excellent Maintenance!! We just moved in and love the place! Had a few issues to take care of and Oscar was professional and very knowledgeable! His expertise and attention to detail on many different issues was appreciated.
