Pitiful customer service. I went in to buy a $340 saw, stood at the counter for 20 minutes while a clerk waited on someone in front of me. Another person who was playing with his phone looked up and started to wait on a customer who just walked in the door. When I asked if he worked there and called him on his inattention he replied that I should have addressed him earlier, trying to make it my fault.
