There okay, need some upgrading.
I'll start by being nice and mentioning the few good things about Mountain Trace, it is in a good location in town and they do a 6 month lease. On the bad side. My carpet in here has burns in it massive stains and paint spots and the Manger refuses to replace it. My toilet ran nonstop when I first moved in, took them about 4 months to fix it. WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN FORT PAYNE!!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve one star. My husband and I lived there for three years and the whole experience was awful. The maintenance wouldn't fix anything, the management is a complete joke, and the entire complex is roach infested. Absolutely horrible.
I have lived in Mountain Trace Apts. for 2 years. The landscaping is the only thing attractive about this place. In the recent months, I have had a refrigerator to tear up and it took maintenance 2 weeks to replace it. I had a water leak from the upstairs apt to damage the ceiling and it still has not been fixed. I reported it and it took 2 days before maintenance to fix the leak upstairs.
