I am an Architect and have (2) projects under contract tat have some very sizeable outstanding balances due. Mountain Town Homes and the Owner, Tim Shinkle are currently 60-90 days past due on invoices from both those projects. They have failed to pay my invoices and those of other consulting engineers after several attempts. They will not tell you the truth, they will string you along saying that they will pay 'next week' and they will FAIL to make those promised payments. Tim and the team at Mountain Town Homes are very professional. I am happy with the new construction home in Williams, AZ. It is almost complete --- ahead of schedule and within budget. One plus construction with very nice upgrades. Tim has a passion for building homes and it shows through his work ethics and ability to manage a project from start to finish.
