MTC, (Mountain Town Carpentry, Inc.) has completed three projects and is finishing the fourth for me. MTC is rehabbing, in stages, a 1919 house of poor condition while it is occupied. Needed materials aren't of standard measures and everything is off plumb. James Carr of MTC figures out the unconventional ways needed to make a four-square house, with ivy browning over the roof of the second story and an 8 in drop in the kitchen floor, into a beautiful home for me.
