Infested with rats
All my things got ruined by rats and the owner said to just take it up with our insurance taking zero responsibility for the damage
The unit is infested with mice and ruined most of our things in this storage, the owners response was " call your insurance company and they will help . Don't waste your money it's better to throw your things out than pay for them to be damaged.
Owner was friendly and willing to work with me. The process was easy. Would definitely use again and refer them to others.
