I had gone here for awhile but honestly I am upset that they never corrected the behavior of an older lady who was rude to me! I left because of that. I suggest they put policies about bullying(that it is prohibited) and act like they care when it happens. Newbies should not feel unwelcome because regulars are there. Please do better!

For such a small town this gym is more than adequate. Just enough machines and plenty of freeweights and bars available for any style workout. Seperate cardio room and additional weight room for specialty training. Always clean and sanitary. I love this gym, its owner and members are friendly and welcoming.

They do not do day passes. For how many people visit from out of town for a few days. I think it may be a good option to charge alot for a day pass, make money and make people happy. Lady on the phone was beyond sweet. Hope they do day passes in the near future.
