Thank you Dr. Rodriguez and team. I called without an appointment to address an issue regarding something stuck in my eye which was very painful. They took me in with kindness and address my concern with urgency. Dr. Rodriguez was very thorough and knowledgeable. Incredible team and incredible customer experience. Thank you!!!!
I would give 500 stars if I could! Something flew into my eye this afternoon, and after several hours, it was still causing immense pain. I tried eye rinses, physical inspection, eye drops... nothing. I called my established eye care center--Summit Vision Eye Care--and was told, "we're full today--try urgent care." Considering how much money I spent there last year on glasses, it felt incredibly demeaning to be ignored like that.
