Great gym with good coaches and workouts.
They have a 1 week pass which was SUPER affordable. Dropped in here for 1 week, drove all the way from Elizabethton. Super worth it. I've dropped in a lot of Crossfit gyms in Texas and Florida. This ranks one of the top 3 gyms out of the 20 gyms I've visited. Coaches: Very friendly! They made you feel welcome, checked in with any injuries, and gave very good advice during workout. Very fortunate to find this CF location while in town almost a full week of drop-one. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the space is well thought out and love the way members have spaces to make their own for quick showers and clothing change. Will definitely return next time I'm in town.
Great community, very knowledgeable coaches, great atmosphere! 10/10 recommend!
