We do not recommend this title company at all, they have no customer service skills and do not care about you or your title work at all. They didn’t respond back to my emails, phone calls, or messages until I fired them- then they just said ok. Save your self the frustration and choose a different title company. Highly disappointed in every way that they treated us.
This Title company is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with them for over 3 years now and they didn't pay the property tax twice. And now since the beginning of this year and maybe longer all my payments made have all been allocated to interest payments only so I have paid $5473.96 in interest and only $314.20 towards principle this year.
