I have seen this trailer Park go through some serious positive changes over the last few years... the new management seem to Care for their tenants. As well as the community. It Has been cleaned up and cleaned out.
I strongly believe the new owners have there hearts truly involved, they have managed to clean out the riff raff, they are involved in every aspect. From cleaning, to yard work, and even genuinely remodeling the homes. They are a good team with a strong core! They seem to be in the process of updating all older homes, doing away with disrespectful people, and allowing those that are trustworthy & Respect the neighborhood!

Most disappointing disreputable and dis respectful people I've ever met in my life worst remodeled trailers and nothing is done with any kind of permit that is a proven fact call the county
The New owners are very rude and disrespectful. They pretty much cut all the trees down so there's no shade anywhere. There is no camping areas. Also the trailer park isn't by the river so who ever posted pics of the river should take those off because it false advertisement!
