Good lodge, big spacious room, a bit outdated. There is a pool and hot tub:) but was occupied by many many little kids …. ( screaming ) not cool. The double main doors into the building are definitely not up to IBC code, VERY HARD TO OPEN . Actually, there were two sets of double doors, the first set was without a card reader and was a bit easier to open ( external doors ) , the second set ( consider to be an interior door set, was super hard to open or over hold opened, definitely not the 5LB force per below… “ The force fo... read more
Garbage hotel. I accidentally booked a reservation for a room for July 14th instead of July 19th. It was a honest mistake on my part, however they do not have a refund policy. I was not looking to get a refund, just wanted to fix the booking date. After attempting to resolve this matter they denied my request and took my money. I get that this was my fault for being in this situation, but the least they could have done is let me rebook for the correct day. Just took my money and ran because they could.

This past weekend a group of friends stayed at mountain thunder lodge. We were there to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I called and asked if they did anything for her birthdays. I want to say that Kampbell went over the top to make my friends birthday very special! Thank you so much Kampbell you are absolutely the BEST!!! We will definitely be back!
