Saw Janet 7 years ago, and am still using tools for moments of anxiety, and revisiting dark places I’m afraid to go. Time for a follow up, and rather than feeling shame, I feel gratitude…and also proud of myself. So much better than being overwhelmed.
Scott has helped me immensely with a pragmatic and structured approach to achieving my goals, as well as developing awareness and recognizing certain thinking patterns. I always leave an appointment feeling like we have made progress on everything we addressed in the session.
