Travis and his crew did a good job transforming my back yard, but communication with Travis is a problem about his warranty. I spoke with him in September and made him aware that he installed plants that are toxic to my dog as well as a hail damaged tree that he installed that needs to be replaced. The Sprucery will not deal with me because he made the purchase. He's ignored my phone calls and emails since he went on vacation in the fall. I am so happy I found this company to built my fence. Out of several contractors that gave me an estimate for the fence, Travis was the one that instantly caught my interest because he was very oriented to detail and had some wonderful ideas for the fence. My fence project was complicated because it had several details that needed to be addressed and Travis did that. We had a great experience working with Lara and Travis and crew. They came to our house several times in advance of breaking ground to make sure we were on the same page regarding installations and costs. Once the job was complete they listened to our concerns and addressed them promptly prior to collecting the final payment. They were on time with their schedule and did exactly what we had agreed on at exactly the stated schedule. The quality was great. We were able to go over our needs in detail and are very happy with the results. This was a large undertaking and they were up to the challenge. There whole crew was respectful and worked very hard each day. Every concern were addressed immediately with high professionalism. We would definitively use them again.
