Let me start by saying, I have never reported a bad experience before but I can't let this one slide!! I took my car to Mountain tech Subaru on Monday morning and Peter told me that they would give me a diagnostic on either Monday afternoon or Tuesday which was totally fine:) I called an hour before they closed on Tuesday and they still hadn't done it!
