Made an appointment then had an emergency at my house that occupied my time and I didn't have a chance to cancel. The owner called me and said "Troy, thanks for wasting our time." Never been treated like that before where an owner is overtly aggressive.
Very honest and good work recommend them to anyone
My son took his car there and was charged $200 for a diagnosis that was not correct. Took his car for second opinion, mountain tech estimated $7000. The other place? $45 part and $50 in labor. They CLEARLY didn't hook his car up to anything or they would have known this too. Shame on you Mountain Tech!!
Don't waste your time setting a appointment with this place. They don't understand that a appointment is a appointed time to see there customers they will just tell you to drop off your vehicle and they will get to it sometime that day and won't let you wait! I don't trust a mechanic that doesn't want you around when they work on your vehicle.
