Awesome experience! Courtney was the perfect guide. She was skilled, encouraging, patient and fun! She gave us options for different activities and went with our flow. We had a range of abilities and she made all of us comfortable. We got out of our kayak and off our paddleboards to walk along a waterfall, float down a mild rapids, jump off a small cliff, and swim under a waterfall. She provided cold waters and even light snacks. We loved everything about our experience! Thank you Courtney!

We had an absolutely incredible time on our 2-hour SUP tour with Mountain Surf Paddle Sports. When we arrived, we saw a HUGE group of 20+ people coming off the water ahead of us. We were so impressed watching the guides—they were incredibly patient, attentive, and organized as they brought that massive group ashore and got everyone packed up. In the middle of a record-breaking heatwave, it was an absolute delight getting to explore the 'hidden gems' of Kanawha Falls with our guide, Ashley... Even getting to paddle under one of the water falls! This kayak tour was an absolute highlight of our trip.
