I wouldn’t recommend them for a consumer. They are probably fine with contractors/plumbers, but it was next to impossible to get any kind of help/communication/response from them.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have bought a LOT of plumbing supplies from them with having built a cabin, a house, and now a studio apartment.
Customer service is awesome, and technical support is always there with information, if they don't have what you need in stock, they will always special order it, this is the company that helped get our plumbing business started, and as someone who is in there almost daily it means so much that everyone knows me by name they greet you as soon as you walk in, and always there to help, everyone is very professional, plus they keep the building very well stocked with everything you use for your plumbing needs!
