I recently received a ****-c from Mountain Summit Financial for loan they provided to someone fraudulently utilizing my name, address, and SSN. I have had my credit frozen for several years to avoid this exact situation. The only documentation I've ever received from Mountain Summit Financial is the fraudulent ****-c. These loans are incredibly predatory with 660% interest rates, how is this legal? Taking advantage of the poorest people in the worst situation that are in need. This company is a scam they also make it impossible to access your loan information online making it even harder to tell whats owed and how much goes to interest versus the principle the last payment I made for $195.15 only $6 went to the principle in two weeks??? Terrible business wouldnt wish their evil on my worst enemy avoid at all costs

FRAUD. No access to your account. Website is ALWAYS down. no one answers the phone. They continue to steal money from my account. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Will be calling the ************************** to file a grievance about their business practices being that they lie blatantly in their emails that one has "24/7" access to their account. DO NOT USE THEM.

They are horrible! Ive been trying to pay off my account for several days and the website is down and no one calls me back.Ive emailed them and nothing. Nothing more than a scam to get more money from people.

I had 2 loans with Mountain Summit Financial and paid them both off early. I opened a 3rd loan with the intention of paying it back right away but had another financial issue come up and wasn't able to do that. Payments are $220 biweekly and the interest rate is unbelievable...336% which wouldn't have been so bad if I had been able to pay it off within the first month like I had planned. I applied for a loan through this company due to a financial hardship because of the pandemic. The loan was for $1500 and they have me paying $285 EVERY 2 weeks until April 2021! In reality, I would be done paying this loan in October paying $285 every 2 weeks but they are more than doubling what I owe!! Do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be worse off than you are before you needed help??

It's a horrible company, I have lost my job and I tried to settle my account and they give me the round around and don't help me with anything. They call me everyday and the interest is getting higher and they now my situation! This company is out to screw the people and till this day my loan was for $900 & have paid them over $1200 and still owe them 890. How is that possible with a payment of $147 every 2weeks... U am drowning!!!

Unfortunately, we just found out our 18 year old son took out a $1000 loan from this company with a compounding interest of 687% over 15 bi-weekly payments. I will continue to report this company through multiple social media platforms. This is predatory lending at its finest. Unbelievable.
