Great place to get in shape! It's unlike any gym you've ever been to. The ski ergs are awesome, and they even have ice axes hanging for pullups. It's CrossFit meets Rock Climbing meets Mountaineering all thrown into one. It's well worth your time and all fitness levels can enjoy their classes!
Really like this place. The environment is very motivating. When you walk in, you immediately want to try all of the unique equipment (hello bouldering wall!). The coaches are great and personable - they make you feel comfortable right from the moment you walk in and they definitely know what they're talking about. I've already seen awesome results!! Check this place out if you're looking for a new and interesting place to get in shape. This is so much more than just another CrossFit gym!
