Completely unsecured. Cameras don't work. Our unit was broken into and nothing will be done. Find someplace else to rent.
Lock on storage door(no my padlock) jammed so I could not lock storage. From before thanksgiving until the end of the year I called 4 times but nobody would come out so I could lock my unit. Always promised it would get fixed….After New Years still no way to lock my valuables…So I removed everything..but they are efficient on cashing your check promptly.

You won't get your deposit back. I have made 4 phone calls over 3 months and they just keep saying the check has been mailed. Just beware!
