Avoid any property managed by this company. When I first moved in, my supposedly furnished room had no bed in it. I called them to see if they would bring me one, but since it was Saturday, their office was closed and they told me I had to wait until Monday for them to bring me a bed. I slept on a foam pad on the floor for 3 days. The "mattresses" in the apartments were nothing more than foam pads that I later learned they paid $30 for.
