Unprofessional and disrespectful broker. Payment terms were net 21 days. I submitted all paperwork on time, but they delayed sending it to Triumph for nearly 20 days due to their own mistake. When I pointed this out to Jeff Coulter (President), he took his responsibility and because i didn't give thanks and ask for my payment immediately, I received a hostile and insulting email. I would no recommend working with this company.
