I went to Sycamore Shoals ER due to acute abdominal pain. EVERY staff member I came in contact with was very friendly and compassionate. The ER doc did thorough and appropriate testing. He and nursing staff listened and explained everything thoroughly. I was apologized to for the wait time for the tests and results. I was dumbfounded as I was actually impressed by how quickly the testing and results came back. I won't hesitate to go to Sycamore Shoals ER. Went in for an ultrasound. It was very quick and easy. The tech was friendly as well.
