No longer the place to work for pay and benefits. If you are a new nurse, I recommend looking in North Carolina, Kentucky or maybe Knoxville. With a clear monopoly, they offer lower than average pay. Most people that work there are against the merger. Just ask your average employee who works there. They (Mt. States)don't care, because it's about money.
