I am extremely satisfied with the care, and knowledge exhibited by this facility. Pam’s scope of knowledge and experience has surpassed my expectations, and she will be my therapist of choice henceforth. I am on a slow road to recovery based on my injury and time delay to treatment, but do feel change. So exasperated with MDs immediately wanting to perform surgery and for a 70 year old, this is way down the list of choices. Highly recommend this group!

Deceitful and Unorganized: I requested an appointment for Physical Therapy for my shoulder. Upon arrival, I provided all the necessary documentation, including my surgical notes and the physical therapy prescription. Both the senior therapist and a student therapist reviewed these documents and proceeded with my evaluation. It was only at the end of the appointment that the senior therapist informed me that she would starting her maternity leave and that the student therapist would also be unavailable in the coming weeks. 10/10, I went here through the VA community care. They are have a very friendly staff, they work with you for scheduling and getting the proper paperwork for insurance. The OT was well planned, targeted at what needed help, and recovery was quick. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially any veterans.
I saw Paul for my treatments and felt he was very personable, helpful, and did a great job at helping me. However when it came time for billing I tried asking for explanations of how physical therapy is coded for billing and was met with a lot of resistance from admin, specifically Pam and Julie. Instead of helping answer my questions, Pam and Julie both were very defensive, rude, and unprofessional.
