Fantastic in every way. We did quite a bit of research and after a few calls decided the further distance was worth the quality for our log cabin. 10/10 service, care, and follow thru by Rich, and his coworker (Justin I believe his name was.) Our building plans were thoroughly seen through, and again, Rich was on top of every update and schedule! I can't picture a better experience.

We had a very poor experience with the salesman I and my husband dealt with at this company. We both felt like we were being railroaded into building something we had no desire to live in. While we were happy to have advice on what would fit our budget and understand that we would have to made sacrifices, the salesman would not begin to listen to the things we said we wanted and actively argued against some of them.
