I don't remember the guy's name that came to tow my Jeep, but he drove all the way from Bluefield, WV to Radford, VA at almost 2 am just to tow my Jeep out of a private parking lot. He was very respectful, professional and helpful. He took care of my Jeep as if it were his own. I'd like to thank him very much for the work he done. He proved to me good people still exist. I will definitely recommend Mountain State to anyone needing towing service. Thank you guys so much!!!
locked my keys in my trunk on my 2012 sti. Called them at 8am, was at my house within 15 minutes and had the car unlocked in less than a minute. He uses professional tools and doesnt cause any damage to the door or weather striping. also very affordable. I would highly recommend.

Hey don't forget this Company also has the only Certified AAADM Door inspection team in southern WV. So if it's that time and you need your automatic or low energy doors inspected or serviced give them a call .
