“Completed” work in late July. Will not come back and address remaining issues. Permit with the county is still not closed. Peter Paul is effectively unresponsive. Unbelievable number of delays - some were weather - some were boneheaded moves like killing all of the grass in my backyard and having to resod the entire thing or not having the right materials for the gas line for WEEKS. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
Stay away from this business! I didn’t want to have to write this, but we are nearly three months into a fight over getting a refund for work they never completed. We’re taking over $10k of work that they haven’t refunded us for. We have called, emailed, texted, and even cornered them in their offices to get them to reply to us. They just lie through their teeth again and again that it will be processed with nothing ever happening. Dishonest and terrible to work with.
