I am shocked to read any bad reviews about this place. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2018. In the beginning my primary care physician was treating me. I hate needles and am horrible at checking my sugars and doing as I am told when it came to managing my diabetes. Therefore, It was suggested I start seeing an endocrinologist. This endocrinologist told me I was actually type 1.5 meaning I had characteristics of both type 1 and 2 and I would have to be insulin dependent for the rest of my life. Sad how they treat people.. did not return calls or call in meds for elderly handicap person.. when confronted was was treated rudely by the dr....and was told we were not allowed to return.. because I stood up for her.. and recently my uncle had to leave because lack of care..not filling prescriptions and being rude..also only reason they get one star is because thats only way to leave a review if I could give them negative stars I would .
Worst experience I've had with a healthcare team in awhile. I've been struggling with diet and exercise for 15 years. I was referred to this facility by my OBGYN. I was given a diagnostic CGM that was defective and was told that another could not be provided so an A1C test was ordered. My A1C is 6.3...it needs to be at 6.5 to be diagnosed diabetic.
