Worst experience I've had with a healthcare team in awhile. I've been struggling with diet and exercise for 15 years. I was referred to this facility by my OBGYN. I was given a diagnostic CGM that was defective and was told that another could not be provided so an A1C test was ordered. My A1C is 6.3...it needs to be at 6.5 to be diagnosed diabetic. Understandable. Then after a month of asking what could be done for me I get told the medication I would need to manage diabetes once my A1C hits 6.5 would not be covered by Medic... read more
Sad how they treat people
Excellent care with very knowledgeable providers and staff. Grateful that I have the opportunity to be treated here with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate that they have the knowledge and education but also understand that I know my body and they take that into consideration when treating me. Thank you for all that you do!
