Just had the worst wash ever. When the attendant took my payment, I told him I needed both truck and trailer washed. He said okay, and gave me a receipt for a truck/trailer wash. After they got done, the trailer was never touched, when I questioned the attendant about it, he told me they don't wash trailers. He refused to wash the trailer after he charged me for a truck and trailer wash. Poor customer service, non communication with the customers. Told me the manager and/or owner is out of town. I am so happy I don't listen to unhappy people reviews. Only $32 for a truck wash ,and the 3 guys was totally awesome..Clean my truck and sent me on my way down I15 highway..Thanks again mountain Springs Truck Wash.⛟⛟�
This truck wash was a waste. I paid 95.00 for what I thought would be a decent wash. The thing kept breaking down, and in the end it was still dirty. Go to blue beacon, it's worth the drive.
Waited for an hour. The truck literally looks just as bad as before.
