Do not be deceived by the pictures provided. The apartments are run down and there is nothing around to charge the rent they are. The company that currently owns( Providian Real Estate out of Birmingham Alabama) Mountain Springs is being run into the ground while increasing rent by 50 % in the last 2 years.
We have lived here for 8yrs it is quite and have good neighbors, the staff is very nice .
Great place! Nice and quiet! Always taking care of things as fast as possible. Just fix the parking lot and it’d be perfect! 😂
Fantastic management and wonderful neighbors. My kids and I lived here for a short period of time and they were quick to get me moved in and very helpful with the process!!
Lived here for 9 years. It is an amazing complex for being older. From the staff to my neighbors it is a wonderful home environment and very spacious for apartment living. I would recommend this complex to everyone. Denise is absolutely amazing 🤩🤩
