Have always had great service at this store until recently. I picked up some items from the clearance bin and the employee at the check out refused to sell me one of the items for the price it was marked. He said his employee would never have marked the item to that price and insinuated I must have done it! Absolutely absurd and insulting. The guy was arrogant and so obnoxious I left the few hundred dollars of items on the counter and left. NEVER go back again!
Be prepared to wait 1+hr for ski rentals. Horribly trained staff.
The customer service at Mountain Sports Outlet is extraordinary. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We went in hoping they could help my sister with the broken boa on her snowboard boot, after being told that it was very difficult to repair (and having been turned away by another repair shop). This place is GREAT! I snapped a binding strap my first day in the area and even though we got to the store near closing time, they fixed my board right up so I could get back on the mountain the next day. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing good products and excellent service!!
