The only reason they are getting two stars is because they fixed the problem and did the right thing. We purchased a pellet stove from Jake's Chimney Sweep in 2019. We called them beginning of January for them to come out and look at the stove since we had been having some issues. The technician that was sent out clearly did not know much about the model of pellet stove we had. Absolutely….hands down…. No competition….BEST Wood stove business you will EVER find! Cliff and his team are very professional….THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF. Don’t waste your time with anyone else…..These guys are sooo good at what they do and soooo loved by the community! Visit their shop! Too hard to choose from so many nice wood stoves and more!
