Mark was very helpful and will be my go-to for the future.
We called Mark because our heater wouldn't stay on Jacuzzi. After several replaced items totalling almost 2k it's still not fixed and worse than when he started. Instead of fixing the main problem 1st, he replaced all sorts of things like trying to figure it out. His "cleaning" of the tub was only draining it and into our Koi pond until stopped.
