We just purchased a new spa from a store in Reno and followed the set up instructions. Unfortunately they left out important info and the water turned green after a few days. At the time we had visitors from the UK. My son found Mountain Spa Cleaners right here in Incline Village and Murat himself came to the rescue! He would not leave until insuring the water cleared up. I have been very impressed with the Moutain Spa Cleaners team. They are very responsive, professional and do an outstanding job of keeping my spa in optimal condition. Whether it be a drain / fill / condition or regular scheduled servicing, it just gets done right. Happy client.

I reached out to Mountain Spa Cleaners with some questions about buying and servicing a new spa, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Murat. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through the different spa brands and explaining which ones offer the best quality and value. Murat is incredible! He is on time, honest, does great work, and puts his customers first. He’s even helped me in emergency situations to make sure my rental customers are happy for same day check ins. I highly recommend Murat!!!
