I reached out to Mountain Spa Cleaners with some questions about buying and servicing a new spa, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Murat. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through the different spa brands and explaining which ones offer the best quality and value. Even though Murat wasn’t selling anything himself, he generously shared where I could find the best deals on hot tubs, which was invaluable advice. Murat is incredible! He is on time, honest, does great work, and puts his customers first. He’s even helped me in emergency situations to make sure my rental customers are happy for same day check ins. I highly recommend Murat!!!

Really appreciate Murat’s effort in maintaining our STR spa. When I call, I know it’s taken care of almost immediately. No complaining about construction traffic or short notice. Just timely and effective service so my STR guests are happy. One could ask for nothing else. — Victor
