Après 2 jours intenses de ski, j’avais besoin d’un bon massage ! Celui de Suzanne était parfait ; tout en profondeur comme je les aime ! En plus, elle me parlait un peu en français :) Je la recommande fortement. J’ai également reçu un facial de la propriétaire qui était bien, mais sans plus. J’ai trouvé les prix élevés, mais c’est normal puisque c’est situé à Banff. On aurait quand même pu me proposer quelque chose à boire...

We were really excited to have our spa day, as we do this once a year. Our experience was okay. The massage was really nice and the staff was very friendly, we just don’t feel like the value was there. The pedicure was very mediocre and I feel like for the prices they charge it should have been better. Also, they failed to tell us that they added an auto gratuity and we tipped well on top of that, unknowingly. Nice experience, but definitely feeling buyers remorse on this one.

Had a prenatal massage and the guy that did my massage was awesome! Probably the best massage I've had! Only thing I'd recommend is to offer refreshments before or after the session . Was hard to just walk out and leave after a long massage haha.
