I highly recommend Sarah! She is an expert in family trauma, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Sarah is a warm, knowledgeable, and delightful human. She provides neurodivergent affirming and queer celebratory care using mindfulness and ACT approaches.
I have known Sarah for many years and we have shared much of our journey into the field of counseling together. We have spent many hours consulting with one another regarding our clinical work, and her compassion and empathy for others comes through in our conversation.
