Had a sleep study scheduled. Night manager Ben has no costumer service. Very rude. Also no tech was available at time of appointment. They did not call to say tech is running late. I had to call and figure out myself. Would not recommend
Beware!! Unethical business practices. This company is refusing to refund overpayment. Look on Yelp several complaints that this company is shady and unethical. You will be overcharged!!!
Easy to get questions answered, great experience
My physician referred me to Mountain Sleep Diagnostics in Longmont for an in-home study. I received an email from them with two questionnaires and a very brief patient health history section. These questionnaires contradict the survey available on their site and also seemed designed to produce a positive sleep apnea result in basically anyone who takes them. The staff member, Allison K., met me at the door. She was very friendly, explained everything and answered my questions. A sleep study isn't something one looks forward to, but Allison made the experience pleasant. The Longmont facility is convenient.
