No one ever answers the phone and for the last month the message says they're having phone difficulties. For over a month? Then when I leave a voice message or email they still don't respond. I still don't have my results and my test was 3 weeks ago.
This place has entirely dropped the ball . Not sure what the deal is but it's been months since I had my sleep study done. I have not received my results. I could barely sleep at all in the bed they provided it seemed broken something was definitely wrong with the bed so I'm not sure they could even get an accurate reading. But I need the results and to get a CPAP machine and haven't been able to do so I've been waking up with headaches and it's affecting my entire life. 5 weeks, 30+ calls, multiple supervisor call requests, and been hung up on a few times after waiting on hold, all to still not be able to schedule a sleep study even with my doctor's office speaking with them multiple times. Don't bother trying to go here, nobody is helpful and some of their reps are downright rude.
