Worst experience with any business. Ever. The only reason I selected ONE star instead of NO STARS is because I had to. Joe was EXTREMELY RUDE due to the fact that the USPS takes more than 1 business day to deliver mail. Not my fault, but he still accused me of taking too long to send the deposit (it arrived 4 days after booking the gig). After receiving my deposit he decided he didn't want to do the event after all and CANCELED on us 3 days before the event, but REFUSES to give back our deposit. Update After a lengthy discussion with Joe we came to the conclusion that there may have been a miscommunication regarding the time of the party. We decided the best resolution would be a credit for a future party and we have reserved him and his ponies and petting zoo for a September date.
