A really LOUSY place to do business! – This place seems nice enough at first glance but don't be deceived. I rented a unit about 4 weeks ago. Then about three weeks ago I drop by on my lunch hour to put some more stuff in my unit. Surprise...surprise, the office is closed and it has been that way for more than 3 weeks now. No big deal, right? Wrong! There's a problem with the gate. I can get in but I can't get out. I've tried calling to report it but nobody answers. I've tried email but nobody responds. Great Customer Service!! – Very nice lady! Very helpful!! Would encourage anyone looking for storage to look there first!! Also the place is very secure. I feel my stuff is safe there! They have gates and alarms everywhere..
