I was there when they were selling the lots actually worked for Bob Holland and helped in selling the park to capacity ...it's a beautiful place in a nice area with Security for Seniors ...

Love this community! The Office admin Lewis and Lupe are amazing and so efficient! Always helpful with a smile. They are the perfect addition to this community.
It was great when we rented and then purchased but has gone down hill. Infrastructure failures because of age and break ins, theft and property damage. It was an absolutely great place to spend our winters but now not so much......We sold
Great place to live my mother loved it she had taken her last breathe in there. My name is Kurtis Bealer by the way we had been in # 344 since July 2021 all the way till January of 2025.
