It was great when we rented and then purchased but has gone down hill. Infrastructure failures because of age and break ins, theft and property damage. It was an absolutely great place to spend our winters but now not so much......We sold

HOA here is a-joke!!! If you have a dog this is not the place to be you are not allowed to have two dogs living with you. I have the same routine my dog always goes to the bathroom at home she stopped by the fire hydrant to smell on the way home. HOA lady Comes over with a piece of paper trying to Make me take it so I will know my dog is allowed to walk the sheet of paper she was trying to hand me has yellow highlights.
