Customer service is TERRIBLE. The woman on the phone (I believe the owner) was so rude to us for no reason. She actually hung up on us. I had called because I had sent them an email and she said she would get back to me. She never did. Still no response for months. Will NEVER be using them and will be suggesting to everyone else to do the same. They obviously don’t care about their customers!

We stayed 2 weeks at bear bottoms cabin 2407 Holly Pass We loved it. Saw bears almost everyday. One came in yard on 2 occasions. Cabin Was clean. We would stay there again. It was pretty high in mountains and a little scary dri ing to it. Would not go out at night. Sarah was very helpful. Lo ved the daily free tickets

We stayed four nights at Cubs in the Treetops. The cabin was perfect for our family of four, blending modern and quiet country. The kitchen is well equipped (we could have used a colander for pasta and a baking sheet for biscuits, but that's pretty specific). The beds were comfortable. We didn't get to use the hot tub. The location is great for visiting both the National Park and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this gorgeous cabin. Cabin was super clean , it felt like we were home. Sarah was also super helpful. I love the idea that there are two balconies. And jacuzzi outside was perfect, especially when it was cooler at night. I highly recommend this company. Superb customer service.
