They were incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I invited some friends and family we haven't seen in a while to meet us in Gatlinburg for a week. The cabin was wonderful and spacious. It was so peaceful and quiet that it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere rather than super close to Gatlinburg and a pretty busy road. Cannot recommend enough and we are already planning our next trip.
We celebrated Thanksgiving and enjoyed our “Family Kick-off to Christmas” party at The Lux cabin. It was amazing and it surpassed our expectations. The kids loved the pool/sauna and the arcades. The Movie room with popcorn and milkshake machines were a big hit. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood which did not require driving on steep roads. The view was beautiful. We will definitely book with Mountain Shadows resort in the future!
Absolutely beautiful view, inside and out. Very peaceful, cozy and relaxing. From the moment you pull up it’s like a dream come true, from the beautifully painted steps to the door opening up, you just feel a sensation of peace, comfort, joy, and relaxation.
