Gated and safe senior community
We were invited to an estate sale in this mobile home park by an ad on-line. We came and parked outside since there was a line of cars to get in. We walked on the sidewalk past the guard shack and when we were about a block away the person in the shack yelled at us that if we didn't sign in he would call the police. I've attended many estate sales in gated communities in the past and have never been forced to sign in. We just left and we will never come back.
