It used to be a nice clean place to live but now the trees are dying can't use water to do anything only allowed to use 3000 gals a month lot rent keeps going up. And for the land it's self the lots are not kept up they have dog fees. Just not like it used to be. I've lived here for 41 years and have seen it go down hill. You can't talk or call the owner you have to go to manager which sometimes you need to talk to the owner not the management.

Horrible place. Stay away! Landlords are very unprofessional. They are bias and only certain people in the park have privileges...everyone else the landlord harrasses. They come onto lots without notice.. snoop around your lot when you are not there, show up without notice....do not follow the law. Children are not welcome! The place is run down..about 1/3 of park is empty and it is riddled with run down vacant trailers. My son lived there and was harrassed, now my daughter lives there and is.continuly harrassed by landlords... read more

This park claims they are an all age park, yet they will deny you ( due to "water shortages") as soon as they find out you have children and no, they will not let you pay extra to cover any unexpected costs. They raised their prices, won't meet with you in person or answer their phones. Very unprofessional, unorganized and very unpleasant.
