There is very poor communication and no accountability at this place. Caregivers constantly change, creating inconsistency and concern for quality of care. Management is unresponsive and ineffective. I would not trust them with the care of a loved one. Branch manager Linda and the office staff Jesus, Jennifer, and Yadira do not seem to know what they’re doing. They’re the best
Absolutely terrible customer service. I had an issue that should have been resolved quickly, but instead I was met with delays, and zero accountability. Linda never returned my call about inquiring services for my Parents. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.
Since Ivan left the company, the level of professionalism has drastically declined. Customer service is now extremely poor, calls go unanswered, and when you finally reach someone, the current office staff appear uninformed and unhelpful. It’s been frustrating trying to get any clear answers or assistance. Unfortunately, even the director, Mark Castillo, has been disappointing in addressing these ongoing issues.
