I had a great experience here. While traveling, my pup Bowie was due for vaccinations- it didn't take long at all to get an appointment. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful, especially Susan at the front desk. Several weeks after our visit, the office helped me obtain the long term medication my pup needs (for his autoimmune disease) when our "regular" vet back home wasn't at all helpful. I have a rescue dog who is usually terrified of people he doesn't know and tends to be highly reactive, especially in new situations. When his shots came due, I went to Mtn. Shadows and told them that I had a highly reactive dog needing his boosters. They were understanding and cleared the office for me to bring him into the exam room. Now Bandit will loose his cool with everyone and everything in these types of situations, but to my surprise, he took it like a champ. I've had so many veterinarians in my life for cows horses donkeys and dogs. My heart is so thankful for Dr Ryff and his staff. My stories are limitless You will never find better.

Absolutely loved Mountain Shadows. I took my dog in to be shaved. When we picked him up he looked amazing. The staff is very friendly and the doctor was great. Needless to say, this is our veterinarian.
