Terrible service. I dropped off a firearm for appraisal ($60 fee with a shop hour rate of $120) and 6 weeks later no appraisal. Eric told me that I "could expect it next week" and that he would call me. No call. I drove out to his shop on Saturday July 19 to retrieve my firearm and he said "but I'm not finished with it yet" I'm no mathematician, but half hour job (see rates above) unable to be completed in 7 weeks spells "I don't really want your business". Excellent workmanship in all projects that I have taken to him over the past 15 years. He has built several rifles for me that are sub half minute of angle weapons. I took a beautiful 6 point bull elk at 554 yds with a single shot with one of Eric’s masterpieces. My son is taking one of my rifles that Eric built to Africa in two months. He rebuilt my father’s old Winchester Model 71. It works flawlessly now and I have memories of hunts with Dad. I can’t say enough about I appreciate his work.
