DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Roger Williams scammed my mother. She called him to fix her air conditioning and told her that the only issue was the thermostat. He charged her $325 just to change said thermostat, which another HVAC tech has since informed us is WELL over market price for such a small thing. The next day the AC STILL wasn't working right so that obviously wasn't the problem and he will not honor his work, come see what went wrong, or even answer the phone when she calls. My husband and I contracted with Mountain City to install a new ac unit for our home. The business owner ordered and installed a new ac unit in our house and performed the tasks listed on the contract adequately. While he was doing the installation, my husband and I asked him to also put in a return air duct to make the ac unit perform better. This was agreed on verbally, but not put in the contract.
