My husband and I contracted with Mountain City to install a new ac unit for our home. The business owner ordered and installed a new ac unit in our house and performed the tasks listed on the contract adequately. While he was doing the installation, my husband and I asked him to also put in a return air duct to make the ac unit perform better. This was agreed on verbally, but not put in the contract. DO NOT USE! our sellers of our house we just bought hired this company to clean and check the air conditioner upon closing for our home warranty. Our ststem went out july 4th weekend 2 WEEKS after we were told it was fine by this man. Now we are being told there is a leak where a old repair was wrongly fixed that just mysteriously appeared that wasnt there before? Also our home warranty said the coils on the inside(that he said he didnt clean when the invoice says cleaning??) Havent not been cleaned in a very long time... no... read more
